Vape Filling & Capping Instructions
Thank you for choosing uKERA. Proper filling and capping are essential for reliable cartridge performance and product quality. Please follow the recommended filling procedure carefully to help prevent leakage, airflow issues, or other performance problems caused by improper handling.

Cartridges
Arbor Press Filling & Capping Procedure
Filling Steps
- Use a suitable filling machine equipped with a 14 gauge needle (less than 1.8 mm).
- Preheat the oil to approximately 120F to 140F. Do not exceed 140F.
- Slowly dispense the preheated oil to the specified 0.5g or 1.0g cartridge capacity. Avoid overfilling.
- Within 3 minutes of filling, use an arbor press to firmly press the mouthpiece into position until it is completely sealed.
Important Cautions
- Keep oil away from the center air stem, as oil contamination may affect cartridge performance.
- Do not overfill. Excess oil can interfere with mouthpiece installation and may enter the center air stem.
- Complete the capping process within 3 minutes after filling to help minimize the risk of leakage.
Easy Press Filling & Capping Procedure
Filling Steps
- Use a filling machine equipped with a 14 gauge needle ( less than 1.8 mm).
- Preheat the oil to 120F to 140F. Do not exceed 140F.
- Slowly fill the cartridge with 0.5g or 1.0g of preheated oil, depending on the specified capacity. Avoid overfilling.
- Within 3 minutes of filling, keep the cartridge upright and centered. Press the mouthpiece down evenly until it is fully seated and sealed.
Important Cautions
- Prevent oil from entering the center air stem, as this may damage or affect cartridge performance.
- Avoid overfilling, which can interfere with proper mouthpiece installation.
- Complete capping within 3 minutes after filling to help prevent potential oil leakage.
Screw on Filling & Capping Procedure
Filling Steps
- Use a filling machine equipped with a 14 gauge needle ( less than 1.8 mm).
- Preheat the oil to 120F to 140F. Do not exceed 140F.
- Slowly dispense the preheated oil into the cartridge according to the specified 0.5g or 1.0g capacity. Do not overfill
- Within 3 minutes after filling, place the mouthpiece over the center air stem. Keep the cartridge upright and properly aligned while screwing the mouthpiece into place until it is completely sealed.
Important Cautions
- Keep oil out of the center air stem. Oil entering the airway may damage the cartridge or affect its performance.
- Avoid overfilling, as excess oil can interfere with proper capping and sealing.
- Complete the capping process within 3 minutes of filling to help reduce the risk of leakage.

- Insert the needle into one of the designated side filling holes and slowly dispense the preheated oil to the 1.0g capacity. Avoid overfilling.
- Within 3 minutes after filling, keep the device upright and centered. Press the mouthpiece downward evenly until it is fully seated and sealed.

Filling Steps

- Remove the silicone seal and slowly dispense the preheated oil to the specified 0.5g or 1.0g capacity. Do not overfill.
- Reinstall the silicone seal securely onto the tank. Within 3 minutes after filling, keep the cartridge upright and centered, then press the mouthpiece downward until it is completely sealed.

- Slowly fill the cartridge with preheated oil to the specified 0.5g, 1.0g, or 2.0g capacity. Avoid overfilling.
- Within 3 minutes after filling, keep the device upright and properly centered. Press the cap downward onto the mouthpiece until you hear an audible click, confirming that it is securely seated.

- Do not exceed the recommended fill capacity, as overfilling can cause capping problems.

- Insert the needle into one of the designated side filling ports and slowly dispense the preheated oil to the specified 0.5g or 1.0g capacity. Avoid overfilling.
- Within 3 minutes after filling, keep the device upright and centered. Press the cap down evenly on the mouthpiece until it is fully secured and sealed.

- Insert the needle into a designated side filling hole and gradually dispense oil until reaching the required 0.5g or 1.0g capacity.
- Keep the device upright and aligned. Within 3 minutes of filling, press the mouthpiece downward until the cap is completely seated and sealed.
Important Cautions
- Prevent oil from entering the center air stem, which may cause device damage or airflow problems.
- Maintain the specified fill volume to avoid complications during the sealing process.
